Cancellation Policy

I value your time and commitment to growth. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance at no cost.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

  • If you're running late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee applies.

No-Shows

  • If you miss your session without notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will apply.

Payment

  • Sessions must be paid for prior to the scheduled start time. I reserve the right to cancel the session if payment has not been received in advance.

Emergencies

  • I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
