Cancellation Policy
I value your time and commitment to growth. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance at no cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
If you're running late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee applies.
No-Shows
If you miss your session without notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will apply.
Payment
Sessions must be paid for prior to the scheduled start time. I reserve the right to cancel the session if payment has not been received in advance.
Emergencies
I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
